Why work with me? 

I support leaders and influencers who seek a radical shift in how they use their personal leadership to lead, influence and serve with intention to create impactful change in their organizations and communities. They want to mindfully access their inner sage.

I have trained thousands of people in corporate, service, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations.

I have over 600+ hours of coaching. I offer somatic, mental fitness, and mindfulness coaching. I coach the human being not the title.

I have served in senior leadership roles, most recently as director of an elementary school. I currently serve in several philanthropic boards.

Certifications include Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (the gold standard in the international coaching industry, a CPQC from Positive Intelligence https://www.positiveintelligence.com and a SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) from HRCI.

I am fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and comfortable in multicultural and diverse spaces.

I am passionate about creating a safe space of trust for individuals and groups to explore clarity, develop powerful insights to guide personal and professional transformational change and access their individual and collective wisdom.

I express as a Puerto Rican woman of European, African, and Taino descendancy. Growing up in a small island in the Caribbean encouraged me to see beyond the immediate shore and explore new horizons.
